The simple rules for using BloomPath.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BloomPath ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the BloomPath app or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BloomPath.
Who can create an account
- You must be an adult (18 or older) to create an account, start a subscription or change settings.
- Children may use BloomPath only inside an account created and managed by a parent, guardian, or a professional with the parent's permission.
- You're responsible for keeping your parent PIN and account sign-in private.
What BloomPath is, and isn't
BloomPath is an educational and daily-routine support tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It doesn't replace advice from a doctor, therapist or teacher. Vision & Focus activities are playful practice, not a clinical vision therapy program.
Subscriptions and free trial
- BloomPath offers an annual plan and a monthly plan. Prices are shown in the app store before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you'll be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms.
- You can cancel anytime in your app store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current period.
Your content
Photos and videos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the features you choose, such as encrypted cloud backup. Please only add content you have the right to use, and don't add other people's images without their permission.
Acceptable use
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or its content.
- Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or that violates someone else's rights.
- Don't try to access other users' accounts or interfere with the service.
Our content
The app, its stories, videos, artwork, games and design belong to BloomPath or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use BloomPath for your family or professional practice while your account is active.
Privacy
How we handle personal information, including children's information, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update features or these Terms over time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. We work to keep BloomPath available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers and limits
BloomPath is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for BloomPath in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending your account
You can stop using BloomPath and delete your account at any time. See Delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BloomPath is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
